5 of 5 Never Received Scanner UPDATE: They made it right May 24, 2021

I was able to get a hold of the company after being unable to reach them, the delay was caused by short staffing temporarily.  They got my scanner shipped out, and it arrived in perfect condition. When I had some trouble with the setup, Duciano spoke with me for a few minutes and helped me sort it out.  I highly recommend this company, and if something goes wrong they make it right ASAP. Matt and Duciano were professional, patient, and knowledgeable.
